Please keep in mind that the delivery period shall begin only after the printability of your print data has been verified by us.

The order placed in our online shop is not a purchase contract. The contract is concluded only through the order confirmation / invoice after your print data has been verified, so to ensure, that this contract is executable. Please make only the bank transfer after receipt of the invoice.

Shipping conditions

Deliveries within Germany:

Your orders will be shipped insured within Germany only. We calculate the shipping flat rate per order not per item. We calculate the shipping flat rate with €14,90 per order.

Deliveries within the EU

For delivery in EU countries, the shipping flat rate 29.90 per order will be charged.

The shipping information refers to packages up to 30 kg or a length measurement up to 2, 5 m.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, any further duties, taxes or fees from the customs may be to pay. Recommend the customer to ask for the details before placing an order with the customs and tax authorities.

Terms of delivery

If there is no other period indicated in the item description, the delivery of the goods within Germany takes around 5 to 7 days, for international deliveries by 7-10 days.

In case of payment in advance, the delivery period shall begin after receipt of payment. Keep in mind that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

For deliveries within Germany, you have the following payment options:

Advance payment:

Advance payment by bank transfer. In case of advance payment by bank transfer, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation by email stating the order number associated with your order and our Bank info. You specify this order number together with your first and last name as the purpose for the transfer. The shipment of goods will be started after receipt of your payment.

Please keep in mind that a payment may take 1 to 4 days depending on the day of the week and speed of the respective Bank.

PayPal payment:

You can conveniently make the payment through your PayPal account.

Cash on pickup in Hermeskeil:

You have the option to pick up your ordered goods against cash itself.

Payment by invoice is possible from the 2.Bestellung.The invoice amount is to compensate for payment on invoice within 14 days.
